The heirs of Heinrich Böll are primarily represented by his son and publisher, René Böll.

The heirs of Heinrich Böll, his sons René und Vincent, are legally responsible for all copyrights.

As his successors, they represent him in all matters dealing with publishers and other institutions.

When the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation was created in 1987, the heirs were very involved.
